Terms and Conditions of Bookings

Deposit: A 15% non-refundable deposit is taken once the booking is made in order to secure the booking. The balance is then due on arrival.
10 Persons Max: A max booking of 10 persons is permitted through our booking engine. Group bookings for over 10 people should be emailed directly to groups@anoige.ie. Any booking over 10 persons, or multiple bookings for a single group of more than 10 people will be cancelled. 

Maximum Stay: 7 days. Stays booked over 7 days will be cancelled. 

Child Policies: Children 0-3 years old - cannot be accommodated in dorms, but must use private accommodation and must be accompanied by a parent or guardian. Children 4–17 years old - can be accommodated in dorms if accompanied by a parent or guardian of the same sex. They can be accommodated in private rooms if accompanied by a parent or guardian of either sex. They can not be accommodated in mixed dorms. Group Bookings of 4-17 year old children of the same sex may share a dormitory provided the adult group leader responsible for them is also accommodated in the hostel. In this case, no other adult can be accommodated in the same dorm as the group of children. 
Lead check-in: Must be 18 years or older.

Credit Cards: Cards accepted - Maestro, Mastercard and Visa.

Other Conditions: Guests are required to show a photo identification and credit card upon check-in.
