    Getting Here Without a Car

    Knockree is in a rural location. You can travel from Dublin by public transport, with a walk or taxi for the final part of your journey.

    Via Bray: DART and L15

    Take the DART to Bray Daly station, then catch the L15 towards Enniskerry Golf Club. From the final stop, allow approximately 40 minutes to walk to the hostel.

    Alternatively, take the E1 bus from Dublin to Bray and connect with the L15.

    Via Enniskerry: bus 44 and L15

    Take bus 44 from Dublin city centre to Enniskerry village, then connect with the L15 towards Enniskerry Golf Club. Allow approximately 40 minutes for the final walk to the hostel.

    Taking a taxi

    For an easier arrival with luggage, take a taxi from Bray or Enniskerry village. Arrange your journey in advance, or contact the hostel team for local taxi numbers.

    Before you travel

    Check outward and return connections using the TFI Journey Planner and current operator timetables. See Go-Ahead Ireland’s routes and timetables for the L15 and Dublin Bus for routes E1 and 44.

    Allow time for the final walk, particularly if arriving late. Knockree is remote, so pick up groceries in Bray before continuing to the hostel.
