Regrettably, An Óige, the Irish Youth Hostel Association, will be closing the doors on the Dublin city hostel at 4pm on the 31st May 2019.

An Óige received word today that the insurance cover will be withdrawn from the Dublin city hostel at this precise time, as urgent repairs are required in the building. While we have attempted to contact everyone concerned and are working hard to find alternative accommodation for those affected, we will not be able to honour any bookings beyond now.

Please do not arrive at the hostel as it will be closed. Any deposits or payments made will be fully refunded.

At this stage the future of the An Óige Dublin International Youth Hostel is unknown, and a number of options are being explored.

We are very sorry for any inconvenience this has caused your travel plans.
