The Bronze Gaisce Award is one of the best things to come out of Ireland since the days of Fionn Mac Cumhaill. Where else can young people leave their comfort zones, learn independence and create memories that last by exploring the Irish outdoors? As Ireland’s only youth hostels we are working with Gaisce to help schools organise their Bronze Adventure Journey through our hostels in the Wicklow mountains.
As Bronze Adventure Journey Challenge Partners we take care of:
- Providing you with passionate volunteer hike guides
- Youth Hostel Accommodation from €25.50 pp in Glendalough or Knockree
- Mini Irish/Continental Breakfast
- Adventure Journey Information Packs
Your Bronze Gaisce Award with us will involve two days and one night, 25km hike and preparation of a shared meal in our communal kitchens.
